"This is where I'm from. I want to help my people spiritually, economically, politically. The greatest accomplishment would be to see my people succeed, to see the younger people succeed. Here at tribal colleges, people are open to the differences between Native American culture and mainstream society. They teach you how to be able to survive and succeed in both worlds. That's what I love about this college." |
