FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Meta Lilienthal Scholarship Fund Grants the The Fund $13,000 for ScholarshipsFebruary 10, 2010 Denver, Colorado – The Palo Alto, California-based Meta Lilienthal Scholarship Fund has granted the American Indian College Fund $13,000 grant for scholarships for American Indian students. The American Indian College Fund supports qualified American Indian students who show academic achievement and involvement in their communities by providing the financial resources to encourage them to complete a college degree. Richard B. Williams, President and CEO of the American Indian College Fund, said, “We are pleased that the Meta Lilienthal Scholarship Fund is helping American Indian college students achieve their dreams, giving them and people in their communities the promise of a better future. Our graduates return to their communities to serve as role models and create jobs to make a difference in the lives of other American Indians.”
