The Walmart Foundation Renews $80,000 Gift to American Indian College Fund for Scholarships

Denver, Colorado - The Walmart Foundation has announced it is renewing a grant of $80,000 for 2010 to the American Indian College Fund for scholarships for Native students.

Under the program, one $2,500 scholarship will be given to a student at each accredited tribal college nationwide. To qualify for the scholarships, students must be attending a tribal college, be a registered member of their tribe, and have a minimum cumulative 2.0 grade point average.
