AMERICAN INDIAN COLLEGE FUND BENEFIT CONCERT ANNOUNCED

COVINGTON, KY (August 1, 2006)—Musician Jeff Albers is proud to announce a two-day benefit concert for the American Indian College Fund. The event will be held Friday, August 25 th and Saturday, August 26 th at Covington club The Mad Hatter, 620 Scott Street , Covington, KY 41011.

The two-day concert will feature six regional acts each night. Four hundred-plus attendees are expected throughout the weekend. Admission price is a donation of $7 each night or $10 for a two-day pass which will allow patrons to attend both evenings for a single price. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the Fund. The bands have graciously donated their time and their talent in an effort to raise awareness for the Fund. All bands have agreed to perform for free.

Other sponsors include Frank Huelfeld (manager, The Mad Hatter) who will be donating advertising dollars and the use of the club expense-free for this event. In addition, local artist Robyn Roth conceived and created the artwork for the event's posters and ad campaign.

Both Jeff Albers and Phratry Records worked together to hold a similar event for the Fund in the Spring of 2004. The concert included five local Greater-Cincinnati area bands. The event raised $1,200 for the Fund. This year, with an expanded effort in advertising and promotion—in addition to the sheer number of eclectic bands, which will undoubtedly attract fans of multiple genres of music—both Jeff and Phratry anticipate that they will double, if not triple, their donations from 2004.
