The 41st Annual Symposium on the American Indian, Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma is free and open to the public. The official openeing ceremony is at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, and the event ends with a powwow on Friday evening which ends on Saturday at midnight.
