At the American Indian College Fund, we value your support and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Our site is a secure environment for anyone who visits, makes a donation or purchases products. The purpose of this statement is to share with you our policy concerning your privacy.
When you visit our site, we collect some non-identifying basic information. This includes total number of visitors, pages viewed and other non-identifying information. We use this aggregate information to improve our site and to make your experience on our website as smooth as possible.
On-line Donation Forms
We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you order a product, request information, or donate, for example, we may collect the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, subject of inquiry and payment information.

The companies we work with to process your online donation payments and product purchases also use encryption and security protocols. The information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated employees trained in the proper handling of customer information, and is used only for the stated purpose for which the information was collected.
Your information is privileged and confidential and will not be shared or released to any organization or business entity other than those affiliated with or working in conjunction with the American Indian College Fund. We occasionally make our constituent names and postal addresses available to other reputable organizations. We have found this to be the most cost-effective method of increasing our database of potential supporters and hope that you value the information they send you. Your name is only available to these carefully screened organizations for a limited time. When you make a donation, you can request that the Fund not share your contact information with other non-profit organizations, that we not contact you or share your information with anyone or that we only contact you once a year.
