American Indian College Fund 2013–14 Scholarships for Undergraduate Tribal College Students
All scholarships require U.S. Citizenship and American Indian or Alaska Native tribe membership, or proof of descendancy (parent or grandparent). Full-time enrollment is required for all scholarships.
Anonymous Foundation Scholarship:
Scholarship value: $4,600
Classification: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Minimum GPA: 2.0
Other requirements: Permanent resident of California or a member of a California based tribe
Anthony A. Welmas Scholarship:
Scholarship value: $1,000
Classification: Pursuing an associates or bachelors degree
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Other requirements: Member of a federally recognized tribe
Arizona Public Service Navajo Scholars Program:
Scholarship value: up to $8,500
Classification: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior

- Students at Diné College or Navajo Technical College
- Majoring in science, engineering, technology or math (or a related field)

Other requirements: -Applicants must be enrolled at a public, private, or tribal college in or near one of the following metropolitan areas OR originally be from in or near one of the listed areas. Specific majors are also required for each metropolitan area. Tribal colleges near each area are noted below.
- Must be a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Florida, Minnesota, or Texas and/or enrolled full-time in one of the following tribal colleges: Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College, Leech Lake Tribal College, White Earth Tribal and Community College, Northwest Indian College, or Haskell Indian Nations University;
- Majoring in business, accounting, computer science, computer technology, engineering, mathematics, and/or a related field

American Indian College Fund Tribal College and University Scholarship Deadlines: Please contact your financial aid office at your tribal college for deadline information. Awards are made through the tribal college. Good luck!
American Indian College Fund Full Circle Scholarship Deadlines: Applications are accepted from students attending tribal colleges and universities beginning January 1 and ending May 31 of each year. The American Indian College Fund determines student eligibility and awards the scholarships. Award and denial notices will be mailed out to all applicants by September each year to the address listed on the application. Good luck!
